If you have purchased a replacement Star Card online you can collect it yourself at one of our self-service Pick-Up Boxes! Guests must have a lift ticket or pass product loaded onto their Star Card in order to gain lift or Nordic trail access.

Once a new Star Card is activated all other cards tied to your account are deactivated for 24 hours.  Only 1 card may be active for a 24 hour period.
